After Senator Rand Paul received on Sunday a suspicious package containing white powder and a message threatening him with violence, the FBI has decided to investigate.

The package was a large envelope and according to reports, it was delivered to Rand Paul’s home in Kentucky. It was also sent from an unknown sender. The envelope had a picture of Rand Paul all beaten up and a gun to his head with a message saying “I’ll finish what your neighbor started you motherf***er.”

Paul wrote on Twitter that he will take the threats very seriously. He also highlighted that as he is a repeated target of violence, it is unthinkable that the social media app allows “C-List” celebrities to promote violence against him and his family.

The Richard Marx Statement

Paul’s remark about C-list celebrities is a reference to Richard Marx who tweeted that if he ever finds Rand Paul’s neighbor (a man who brutally assaulted Paul in the past), he would hug him and buy him as many drinks as he can consume. Marx added that he never incited violence, but the fact that Paul was attacked does not break his heart.

The Fight that Left Paul Badly Wounded

In 2019, Rand Paul had to undergo surgery to have part of his lung removed, due to the magnitude of injuries he suffered from his Democrat neighbor Rene Boucher. Boucher broke six of Paul’s ribs during an altercation that turned violent over the boundaries of each other properties.

According to what Paul told the police, Boucher ran onto Paul’s property and tackled him from behind; this caused pain and ultimately broke three of Paul’s ribs, leaving him with pleural effusion and pneumonia, caused by fluids building up in the lung.

Rene Boucher was arrested for his crimes in 2017 after it was determined that he attacked Paul due to him blowing leaves into his yard while mowing the lawn. During the judgment, it was made clear that the case was a dispute between neighbors and had no political motivation.

This is Not the First Time

In 2018, a man called Rand Paul’s office and threatened to kill him and his family. Paul said in a statement after that incident that there was an arrest warrant out for that man, detailing how he threatened to kill Paul and chop up his family with an ax.

It says a lot about your opponents when you begin receiving death threats. It means the content of what you’re saying is dangerous to them.

If your opponent wants you silenced, you are either speaking the truth, or you stand in the way of their sinister ambitions.  In Rand Paul’s case, this is no doubt due to his opposition of Dr. Fauci and the lockdown brigade.
