On Sunday, Lindsey Graham gave a sneak preview of forthcoming evidence proving that the FBI “lied their ass off” to Congress about the integrity of the Steele dossier. That document served as a key pillar of the Russiagate debacle, the deep state attempt to take out President Trump.
Graham, Republican senator for South Carolina, gave an interview on Fox, saying, “I will tell you next week what I found. Here is what I think I’m going to be able to show to the public. Not only did the FBI lie to the court about the reliability about the Steele dossier, they also lied to the Congress. That’s a separate crime.”

Graham released an FBI memo undermining the Steele Dossier earlier this month
As chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, Graham released a declassified FBI memo earlier this month that undermined the credibility of the Steele Dossier.
Senator Graham just read some declassified Russian documents that show there’s no reliability to the steel dossier. The Steele dossier is a sham! More proof the FBI is corrupt. More proof the judges who issued the dossier are corrupt. Why has nobody gone to jail?

The memo showed that Steele’s main source was a man named Igor Danchenko, a ‘Russia analyst.’ Danchenko was working for Steele at the time of the 2016 election and provided info on the Trump campaign. Danchenko has told the FBI that Steele embellished the information to make it appear more salacious.
Despite how the Steele Dossier made it appear, Danchenko does not have ’s sources deep in Russia’s halls of power.
As Graham has pointed out, Danchenko himself did not provide any misleading information, according to the FBI’s assessment. In fact, information that Danchenko provided to the FBI later thoroughly undermined the credibility of the Steele Dossier, but this was swept under the carpet.
Graham emphasized that, “When the FBI understood that the dossier was no longer reliable they Continued to use it.”
Russiagate was built entirely on lies
Graham has insinuated that the new info he will reveal this week includes details on how members of Congress who saw through the Steele Dossier requested an FBI briefing on the issue.
“We also now have found this, and this will come out next week, that Congress got suspicious about the Russian subsource and the reliability of the Steele dossier, and that members of Congress asked to be briefed about it,” Graham said.
Other info that Graham plans to reveal include the notes that the FBI drafted before of a briefing on the matter in 2018.
Graham said, “Stay tuned next week, you’re going to find that not only did the FBI lie to the FISA court, they lied their ass off to the Congress.”
