The arrival of the COVID-19 vaccine has prompted a fresh wave of debates regarding mandates and whether or not people should be required to get the vaccine.
Already, leftists are pushing hard for mandatory vaccine passport programs here in the United States. Democrats are embracing vaccine passports, despite the risks they pose for privacy violations, social control from the government, and more. It isn’t enough just for the vaccine to be available; no, Democrats see it as their calling to force this vaccine, even upon individuals who don’t want it.
Republicans remain firmly against vaccine passports in America. Unlike the left, conservatives believe that the decision to get immunized against COVID-19 is personal and should be left to each individual.
Unfortunately, the coronavirus vaccine has opened another door for Democrats to bully and control others. According to Breitbart News, the majority of Democrats support employers mandating that their workers get the COVID-19 vaccine.
Leftist Support for Forced Vaccination
According to a Politico/Morning Consult poll publicized yesterday, 56% of Democrats back employers making COVID-19 vaccination a requirement for staffers to stay employed or return back to work. Just 43% of Democrats claimed they were opposed to this.
When accessing Democrats’ support for employers mandating the coronavirus vaccine across the board, 69% of Democrats agreed with this. Only 30% of Democrats opposed this idea.

Republicans, on the other hand, are not largely supportive of forced vaccination. 56% oppose requiring employees to get the coronavirus vaccine, whereas 43% support it.
The survey additionally shows that 54% of Independents are supportive of forced vaccination as well.
Can Vaccine Passports Exist in a Free Society?
The majority of the people in support of forced COVID-19 vaccinations are also backing vaccine passports. The latter is merely an extension and offshoot of the former.
Vaccine passports cannot realistically exist in a free society. Mandating that the American people “show their papers/passport” to be given service or granted entry is in keeping with the Chinese communist government, not the United States.

Republicans are continuing to speak against vaccine passports and the threats they pose to a free society. Conservative governors are being called upon to ban vaccine passports in their states as Florida Governor Ron DeSantis and some others have already done.
