President Trump announced on Twitter that he and the First lady contracted the Covid-19 virus

Dr. Sean P. Conley, the president’s physician, also confirmed Trump and the first lady’s positive COVID-19 tests.
“This evening I received confirmation that both President Trump and First Lady Melania Trump have tested positive for the SARS-coV-2- virus,” Conley said. “The President and First Lady are both well at this time, and they plan to remain at home within the White House during their convalescence.”
“The White House medical team and I will maintain a vigilant watch, and I appreciate the support provided by some of our country’s greatest medical professionals and institutions,” he continued. Fox News Reported.

He added: “Rest assured I expected the President to continue carrying out his duties without disruption while recovering, and I will keep you updated on any future developments.”
Mike Pence and his wife Karen both tested negative, He tweeted the following: “Karen and I send our love and prayers to our dear friends President @realDonaldTrump and @FLOTUS Melania Trump,” Pence tweeted. “We join millions across America praying for their full and swift recovery. God bless you President Trump & our wonderful First Lady Melania.”

The Response
As world leaders woke up to the news on Friday morning. Many were quick to send out letters of goodwill.
Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi was among the first to respond on Friday, writing on Twitter: “Wishing my friend @POTUS @realDonaldTrump and @FLOTUS a quick recovery.” German Chancellor Angela Merkel, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, and British Prime Minister Boris Johnson also offered support.
“Like millions of Israelis, Sara and I are thinking of President Donald Trump and First Lady Melania Trump and wish our friends a full and speedy recovery,” Netanyahu, a close Trump ally, tweeted.
“My best wishes to President Trump and the First Lady. Hope they both have a speedy recovery from coronavirus,” said Johnson, who has diagnosed himself with the infection in late March and spent a week in a London hospital, where he received oxygen therapy. The Washington Post reported.
In the spotlight, however, was a news article about the president from the Washing titled:
“Opinion: Imagine what it will be like to ever think about Trump again”.
Many people on twitter pointed out that without the President, the liberal media would be without a job!
CNNs Don Lemmon had the following to say: “[Is this a moment of reckoning for the president and this administration?” “For all of the — all of the pretending or looking the other way and trying to convince people otherwise of the science, for whatever reason — whether it was for, to make sure that he was re-elected, to make sure that he had high standing with the public, or just to — for whatever reason. because of the economy. is this now a moment of reckoning that — yes, this is real. it is not a hoax. it doesn’t care if you’re a Democrat or a Republican. It is time to take this seriously, and all the preventative measures that the scientists, the doctors, like Dr. Fauci and Dr. Birx, have been touting for so long?”
It is important to note that Doctor Fauci recently pointed out that Trump’s handling of the COVID 19 crisis was actually rather good.
