President Donald Trump gave a wide-ranging interview to Fox News’ Chris Wallace on Sunday, during which he challenged Joe Biden to take the same cognitive test that Trump took in 2018, called the Montreal Cognitive Assessment. Trump noted that according to his doctor, he had “aced” the cognitive test. The President expressed doubts about Biden’s ability to do so given the Democrat’s trouble stringing a coherent sentence together or remember basic facts.
Why is no one in the media willing to discuss Biden’s seemingly apparent cognitive decline? This is a US presidential election — frankly, the potential of this condition heading into the White House must be addressed, as uncomfortable, sad & difficult as that topic may be.

Trump is pushing Biden to publicly take the same test as him
Has Joe Biden taken a cognitive test? He just said he's been "tested" and is "constantly tested."
What were the results? Why is he getting constantly tested? 👀pic.twitter.com/MVdJ3V8ovp

Trump urged, “Let’s take a test right now. Let’s go down, Joe and I will take a test. Let him take the same test that I took.” Wallace replied that “It’s not, well it’s not the hardest test, they have a picture and it says ‘what’s that’s and it’s an elephant.”
Trump disagreed saying, “No, no, no . . . It’s all misrepresentation because, yes, the first few questions are easy, but I’ll bet you couldn’t even answer the last five questions. I’ll bet you couldn’t, they get very hard, the last five questions.”
Wallace stuck to his guns saying, “Well, one of them was count back from 100 by seven,” and then started to count.
Trump, never one to back down, replied “You couldn’t answer, you couldn’t answer many of the questions,” before pointing out that he answered all 35 questions correctly.
He continued, “I will get you the test, I’d like to give it. I’ll guarantee you that Joe Biden could not answer those questions.”
Biden gets defensive any time his mental state is mentioned
Biden has been on the back foot over his cognitive decline for a while. Earlier in the month he proudly claimed that he is “constantly tested” for evidence of cognitive decline, raising questions of why that would be.
In an interview on Fox News, Doug McKelway asked Biden, “Some have speculated that you are subject to some degree of cognitive decline. I’m 65, I don’t have word recollection that I used to have, I forgot my train of thought from time to time. You got 12 years on me, sir. Have you been tested for some degree of cognitive decline?”
Biden shot back, “I have been tested and I’m constantly tested. Look, all you got to do is watch me and I can hardly wait to compare my cognitive capability to the cognitive capability of the man I’m running against.”
A poll by Zogby International has found that 55% of likely voters believe Biden “is in the early stages of dementia.” According to the poll, “Overall subgroups who normally approve of Trump’s job as president were the most likely to believe Biden could be suffering from dementia.”
