There is no doubt that Star Wars The Mandalorian was a huge success. The series season two on Disney plus was one of the most anticipated and watched series of 2020.

One of the series most popular and recognizable characters played Gina Carano was fired by Disney after expressing her opinions over hate in politics. It turns out ‘love thy neighbor’ is now unacceptable. No surprise there, as encouraging political discord is the left’s new favorite pastime.

Gina caused liberal outrage after sharing a screenshot taken from another profile. It said:

Jews were beaten in the streets, not by Nazi soldiers but by their neighbors…even by children.

“Because history is edited, most people today don’t realize that to get to the point where Nazi soldiers could easily round up thousands of Jews, the government first made their own neighbors hate them simply for being Jews. How is that any different from hating someone for their political views?”

The Washington Post was quick to point out her Republican views, saying;“As Carano has been an outspoken supporter of former president Donald Trump and has often complained about backlash against her conservative opinions, many critics took the post as her equating Republicans with Jews in Nazi Germany,”

The Washington Post reported: “The post has since been deleted, but not before fans captured the moment and shared it widely. Critics called for the actress to be fired for her online rhetoric under the hashtag #FireGinaCarano, which trended on Twitter on Wednesday.”

The company that runs the StarWars show, Lucasfilm, now owned by Disney, said in a statement:

“Gina Carano is not currently employed by Lucasfilm and there are no plans for her to be in the future. Nevertheless, her social media posts denigrating people based on their cultural and religious identities are abhorrent and unacceptable.”

This isn’t the first time Gina posted something remotely offensive to the left and no doubt hilarious to the right. She got into trouble for refusing to place her pronouns in her Twitter bio to show solidarity with trans people, instead, putting: Boop/Bop/Beep, a reference to the Star Wars droid character R2D2, a droid.

After the 2020 elections,  Gina Carano wished to see the election process cleaned up. She tweeted: “We need to clean up the election process so we are not left feeling the way we do today,” Carano wrote. “Put laws in place that protect us against voter fraud. Investigate every state. Film the counting. Flush out the fake votes. Require ID. Make Voter Fraud end in 2020. Fix the system.”
