I thought Biden was on something to be souped up the way he was for first debate he was like a different person

Anyone remember the recent State of the Union address? Biden was a 33 rpm record at a 45 rpm speed. Test him and confirm no ear buds, etc.

I think both should undergo a drug and cognitive test to be fair. I am 82 and i know how age affects abilities. The voting public has a right to have an honest evaluation of the persons applying to be commander in chief especially at their ages.
Both should be examined by three psychologists to determine what personality disorders they have and report to the public.
The State of the Union address was bizarre to say the least!! I for one thought to myself, “what did they give him?”. I think a blood test before and after would be appropriate.
